Overview

This release includes API enhancements for address and ticket management, and updates across billing, workforce, and user experience. It also includes several stability and performance improvements.

Billing

  • [Paymentus] Added support for handling dispute webhook events to keep billing records accurate
  • [Paymentus] Improved tokenization process to avoid Duplicate Payment Method errors
  • [Call Detail Record (CDR)] various improvements:
    • Now supports using DIDs from inventory
    • Added proper handling for 1-800 numbers

Workforce

  • [Schedule] Updated swimlanes to display work order address instead of time for better context

  • [Fixed]: Travel time between work orders is now calculated correctly, even if some orders have no address
  • [Fixed]: Activity logs now properly display all loaded events when using Load more button

API

  • Create new addresses – A new mutation (createAddress) allows partners to create addresses via API, including support for custom fields.
