Product Update

Billing 

  • More billing settings are now editable by admins. Admin > Billing > Settings. 

  • Possibility to automatically create a suspension of services for delinquency (Contact us to enable this feature).

  • Possibility to add a temporary grace period for delinquent accounts.

User interface

  • Added Activity Logs. Gaiia users can now see the activity history of every customer account, using the “Activities” tab in the right side-panel when viewing accounts. This feature will be useful for agents trying to retrace how an account became in its current state.

Product

  • Support of coverage area by geofences in the backend only (frontend coming next week).
  • Support of coverage area by addresses in the backend only (frontend coming next week).
