Product Update

Overview

This update includes UI enhancements, new checkout features, billing improvements, and fixes across multiple modules. Key changes include editable dropdown custom fields, self-serve domain configuration, and Add-on in the checkout.

User Interface

• Editable dropdown custom fields on Accounts
• Signed Contracts are now viewable in gaiia
• Contract Manager
  
  This feature is only visible to tenants who have it enabled. Contact us to enable it. Read more about the Contract Manager.
  

Checkout

• Self-serve white-label domain configuration
  
  After the initial setup, tenants can now configure their domain names directly in the admin settings. The system automatically associates the domain with the Vercel deployment and provisions an SSL certificate.
• Add-ons and extras
  
  Customers can now manage and sell add-ons in checkout, expanding beyond just Internet plans and routers. Read more about Add-ons and extras.
  
  
• Checkout now supports Irish addresses.

Client Portal

• Hide archived properties
  
  Archived properties in the CRM module are now hidden in the customer portal for property group managers.

Integration

• [Twilio] Added sender phone number validation when registering Twilio.

Billing

• Pending Payment Improvements
  
  Pending payments now affect auto-pay calculations and delay overdue communications until the grace period expires. If a pending payment exists, auto-pay will only charge the remaining balance.
  
• Subscription Updates
  
  The "Quantity" field is now displayed beside the product dropdown for better usability. A new "Pending" status now visually indicates inactive subscriptions.
• Added a filter to the Deposit Slip module to filter deposit slips by payment type and creation date.
• Fixed: The “Number of months billed per invoice” row is now hidden correctly for prepaid subscriptions.
• Fixed: Manual invoices now correctly generate PDFs.
