Overview
Adding users to gaiia is simple. Users are automatically added to the platform if they are on your domain; they simply need to log in by connecting with their email account. The article below will explain how to add a new user from outside of your company.
Adding a user from outside your company
If you want a user from outside your company to have access, you can add them manually with the following steps below:
- In Admin > users
- Click the "+" to create a new user
- Fill the information
- Everything is modifiable after creation
- Create the new User
Once the User is created, they can log in to https://app.gaiia.com/ and use the email that has just been created.
