Adding users to gaiia is simple. Users are automatically added to the platform if they are on your domain; they simply need to log in by connecting with their email account. The article below will explain how to add a new user from outside of your company. 


Adding a user from outside your company

If you want a user from outside your company to have access, you can add them manually with the following steps below:

  1. In Admin > users
  2. Click the "+" to create a new user
  3. Fill the information
    1. Everything is modifiable after creation
  4. Create the new User


Once the User is created, they can log in to and use the email that has just been created.
