Restricting client portal access with gaiia is a quick and easy task. Follow the steps in this article to learn how to delete client portal access for a given customer.
How to remove client portal access
If you want to prevent a customer from logging in to their portal, it is possible to delete their client portal access from gaiia. This feature can also be used to reset the client portal password.
The feature can be found on the customer account page, under the Client Portal tab.
After clicking on Delete access button, confirm by clicking on Delete account access.
Note that the customer will not be notified of their account access deletion. If required, please follow up with the customer directly to notify them of this change.
