Overview

This article is for the fulfillment team in the warehouse. It outlines how to manage incoming shipment orders step by step to make sure the right equipment is sent to the right address on time.

Order statuses

Each shipment order follows a specific status during the fulfillment process.

  1. Not started: The order is created and waiting to be fulfilled.
  2. Printed: The order ticket has been printed, but the shipping label has not. The due date does not impact this status.
  3. Packed: The order is packed and the shipping label has been printed.
  4. On hold: The shipment is paused. A Customer Care agent must manually remove the hold using the Remove on hold action in the shipment workflow menu.

It’s possible to display all orders, regardless of status, by using the All tab.

Printing actions

The fulfillment team can reprint labels or tickets when needed using the ellipsis menu.

  1. To reprint the shipping label, click on the ellipsis menu > Reprint label.
  2. To print a specific order ticket, use the ellipsis menu next to the order.

You can only search for orders using the account name.
