Overview
When certain conditions are met, gaiia may block a customer from subscribing. Error codes help the Customer Care team understand why the subscription is blocked and what actions are needed to resolve the issue.

List of error codes and their verification checks
NGGYUNGLYD: The customer has at least one delinquent account. We track contact information across accounts and prevent subscriptions linked to those addresses.
Rejection details: Blocked
Solution: The customer must pay all overdue invoices across all accounts.
