Add Phone Service Operation

Overview

Operations in gaiia accelerate agents' tasks by allowing them to complete complex operations with a few clicks and an automated follow-up. Phone service can be added by using the operation New phone number or Phone portability. For now, this only includes the phone activation flow. Equipment must be shipped after the phone activation request. The subscription must be added manually too in the billing tab.

Warning: It is important to create the phone activation operation and then ship the equipment and adjust the billing.

 

New Phone Number

This will give the customer a new number and proceed to all the activation of the line with the linked equipment.

To create one, go to the client Account > Operations > New operation > New phone number > Submit

Phone portability

This will transfer the currently active customer phone number to your provider. The request must be filled with the exact information to complete the portability. Once submitted a request is sent to the provider to proceed and activate the line on the linked equipment.
