Overview
This suspension is requested by the customer and is often for more than one month. The objective of this workflow for the client is to save money while they are away, so suspending the service will also suspend the billing cycle. For more details, check the full article.
Reactivation
The customer must be suspended to perform a reactivation.
Use the workflow to reactivate the account:
Account > Workflows > +Add > Reactivation > Add date > Submit.
