Seasonal Suspension Workflow

Overview

This suspension is requested by the customer and is often for more than one month. The objective of this workflow for the client is to save money while they are away, so suspending the service will also suspend the billing cycle. For more details, check the full article.

Note: When a service is suspended, both the service delivery and billing are paused until reactivation.

Reactivation

The customer must be suspended to perform a reactivation.

Use the workflow to reactivate the account:
Account > Workflows > +Add > Reactivation > Add date > Submit.

Tip: If the customer is inactive instead of suspended, you will need to perform an activation and adjust the billing accordingly. Requesting an activation will not reassign an unassigned subscription, so make sure to reassign subscriptions first.
