Create and Assign Work Orders

The workforce module allows you to assign work orders to technicians and ensure your customer gets activated. Different work types and schedules can be created to facilitate the management of your workforce.


Create Work Orders

Work orders are based on Work types previously created in the configuration tab. It gives the technician all the information about what needs to be done and where to go. A work order will be linked to a customer account.

Go to Workforce > Work Orders > Create Work Types


Assign Technician to Work Orders

Work orders must be completed by a Technician. Assign one to add the work order to his schedule.

Go to Workforce > Work Orders > Click Assign in the Technician column

Warning: Make sure the technician has the work-type capabilities for the job.

Warning: Only technicians with Shifts assigned are displayed.
