Product Update

 

Product catalog

  • Adding coverage areas by addresses with CSV import.

  • Edit coverage area by geofences.

Tickets

  • Users can create public tickets and add public comments. The ticket is also displayed in the client portal.
  • Customers can now send an email to an email address to create a new ticket.
    • Mailboxes must be set for this feature to work. Tickets > Settings > Mailboxes.
  • Notification to the customer who created a ticket to confirm reception.
    • Must activate the communication template "Public ticket created" to send communication.
  • Notification to assigned/following users when a new comment is added to a ticket.
    • Must activate the communication template "Ticket new public comment" to send communication.

Client Portal

  • Customers can now edit their email addresses from their account settings.
  • Customers can now edit their phone numbers from their account settings.

Communication templates

  • Added availableFunds merge tags to Manual Statement and Statement communication. template.
