Overview
If you configured Stripe's integration in gaiia, it is possible to offer bank payments to your customers using Automated Clearing House (ACH), BACS Direct Debit (for customers based in the UK) or SEPA Direct Debit (for customers based in Europe).
Bank payments cannot be used during a new customer's subscription. If you enable bank payments on your instance of gaiia, a callout will inform your new customers at checkout that they will have the option to use it after they subscribed
IMPORTANT
For customers using BACS or SEPA Direct Debit through Stripe, the following should be noted:
- There is currently a limit of 10,000 EUR / 100,000 GBP per transaction.
- There is a limit of 10,000 EUR / 10,000 GBP in total transactions per week.
