This guide will provide you with detailed steps on how to manage your notifications from gaiia.
At present, we offer email notifications for activities related to the ticket and workforce modules, allowing you to stay informed about critical updates and tasks.
Accessing your Notifications Settings
- Open the User Menu by clicking your Profile Avatar
- Select the Notifications tabs
Tickets Notifications
The Tickets section controls the emails you receive when some actions occur in gaiia's Ticket module.
Setting | Usage |
---|---|
"Status updates on assigned/followed tickets." | Enables email notifications when there are status changes in tickets you are assigned to or following. |
"Tickets assigned to me." | Sends an email alert whenever a ticket is directly assigned to you. |
"Comments on assigned/followed tickets." | Triggers email notifications for new comments on tickets you are assigned to or following. |
"Tickets created from assigned mailboxes." | Notifies you via email when new tickets are created from any mailbox you are assigned to. |
Workforce Notifications
The Workforce section controls the emails you receive when some actions occur in gaiia's Workforce module, generally used by technicians and adjacent roles.
Setting | Usage |

"Message to be sent when a work order is assigned to you." | Initiates an automatic email message when a work order is allocated to you. |
