Release Notes: April 29th, 2024

Overview

This release note highlights significant improvements such as streamlined ticket notification, advanced checkout settings, and enhanced user interface features. It also includes bug fixes to optimize system functionality and user experience.

Product Update

User interface

• The search field is now case-insensitive when applying new labels to an account
• Fixed: Filters are now correctly displayed in the Account Delivery Status tab of mass communications

Checkout

• Expanded the Activation Fees configuration under Admin → Checkout settings to allow selection of any product from the catalog, previously limited to only Fees.
  • Paired with an Expiring Subscription product, this enables the creation of activation fees with a set amount of instalment payments.
    
    

Notifications

• Added new merge tags options in all Tickets templates, including Ticket Title and Description to enhance customization.
  

  Overridden ticket templates will not automatically include those new merge tags, you will need to update the templates if you wish to leverage them.

• Improved ticket notifications for gaiia users

  • Standardized user notifications for tickets, with consistent greetings and spacing for clearer communication.

  • Inclusion of the ticket's name, readable ID, and a direct link to the ticket for improved tracking.

  • Users assigned to a mailbox in ticket settings will now receive comment messages for newly created tickets.
    
    

Integration

• [Cambium QoE] Added the ability to view a graph displaying statistics from Cambium QoE
  • Subscriber bandwidth and latency are now available, with more features to come
• [Gravity Payment] Added the ability to add payment methods via Gravity Payment integration from the checkout and client portal
• Fixed: [Sendgrid] Emails with an empty body are now sent correctly

• Fixed: Resolved an issue where speed modifications on a $0 price override subscription left an incorrect Available Balance
  
  

Workforce

• [Google Calendar] You can now select which calendar to use when linking a technician’s Google Calendar account

  

• [Google Calendar] Improved event name and description to improve clarity

  

• Fixed: The work order location map now updates accordingly after editing the work order location
