Overview
This release note highlights significant improvements such as streamlined ticket notification, advanced checkout settings, and enhanced user interface features. It also includes bug fixes to optimize system functionality and user experience.
Product Update
User interface
- The search field is now case-insensitive when applying new labels to an account
- Fixed: Filters are now correctly displayed in the Account Delivery Status tab of mass communications
Checkout
- Expanded the Activation Fees configuration under Admin → Checkout settings to allow selection of any product from the catalog, previously limited to only Fees.
- Paired with an Expiring Subscription product, this enables the creation of activation fees with a set amount of instalment payments.

Notifications
- Added new merge tags options in all Tickets templates, including Ticket Title and Description to enhance customization.
Overridden ticket templates will not automatically include those new merge tags, you will need to update the templates if you wish to leverage them.
