Overview
This integration allows gaiia to connect with IPPAY for secure and efficient processing of both credit card and bank account (ACH) payments.
This integration must be configured by users with the Admin > Billing Settings
permission.
Adding the integration
- If you don’t already have one, contact IPPAY to set up your account.
- If not already done during setup, request the following credentials by sending this email to your IPPAY contact:
Hi there,
We would like to request the following API credentials:
HPP Form:
- MID
- Security key
- Customer ID
API Direct gateway:
- Terminal ID
Reporting API:
- Reporting merchant ID
- Reporting password
For the HPP form, please enable support for both ACH and credit card payments.
Please also whitelist the following IP addresses for gaiia to access IPPAY services:
3.215.70.188, 3.228.90.246, 3.131.170.31, and 3.14.2.120.Best regards,
- Once you’ve received the credentials, go to the gaiia integrations page.
Click onInstall
for the IPPAY integration and enter the requested information.
Confirm the integration works as expected
You'll need to complete the full transaction and refund flow using both payment types: credit card and bank account.
Credit card
- Create a payment method using a test credit card.
- Create a payment:
- Click on
Make payment
- Select the new credit card payment method
- Enter an amount of $1 or more
- Click on
- Verify that the payment appears in your credit card transaction history.
- Issue a refund in gaiia.
- Confirm the refund also appears in your credit card history.
Bank account (ACH)
- Create a bank account payment method (you’ll notice a different form).
- Create a payment:
- Click on
Make payment
- Select the new bank account method
- Enter an amount of $1 or more
- Click on
- Wait a few days and verify the payment appears in your bank account.
- Issue a refund in gaiia.
- After a few days, confirm that the refund appears in your bank account.
