Overview

This release note highlights many enhanced user interface improvements. It also includes bug fixes to optimize system functionality and user experience.

Product Update

User interface

  • Speed Modification: Replaced Mbit/s with Mbps for US tenants
  • Removed the colon “:” that was appearing on cash and check payment methods
  • Changed the Suspension workflow currency to USD for US tenants
  • The phone number for the primary contact is now formatted correctly when editing a property contact
  • Fixed: Now correctly handles error messages when saving empty contact information
  • Fixed: Technician availabilities while assigning work orders no longer require a page refresh to be correctly displayed
  • Fixed: Multiple flickering issues have been resolved

Billing

  • Exposed in the front end more delinquency settings that were previously hidden

    • No changes were made to your current settings, they are now simply visible and editable by any user with the corresponding permission.
    • Access them from the Delinquency settings tab in the Billing section of the Admin page

  • [Authorize.net] Added a new flow to manage Fraud errors that are returned by Authorize.net

     If you have configured Authorize.net without our help, you might be missing a required Webhook for this to work. If you are not sure, feel free to contact our support team.

    1. If an Authorize.net payment returns with a Fraud error, the payment is marked as Pending
    2. A user can then navigate to Authorize.net to review all payments marked as fraud, and choose to approve or deny them
    3. Based on the chosen action, the payment will be updated to Succeeded or Failure within gaiia
