Overview

This release note highlights significant improvements such as streamlined ticket handling, advanced billing settings, and enhanced user interface features. It also includes bug fixes to optimize system functionality and user experience.

User interface

  • Added a Property Icon to distinguish regular Accounts from those linked to a Property

Billing

  • Using the Admin Billing Settings, it’s now possible to set Auto Pay on a fixed date instead of being relative to the customer’s Invoice Day

  • Implemented new billing settings on the Account Level to allow for more flexibility on a per-customer basis. By default, those values will be the same as the Admin Billing Settings

  • Added the possibility to include Internal Notes when assigning a Subscription to an Account
    • In reporting, the Internal Notes field will be populated with the information entered here.

Product

  • Improved errors descriptions when importing a CSV when creating a Coverage Area

  • Now displays a warning when trying to quit a modal with unsaved changes

Tickets

  • Added a keyboard shortcut to add a new ticket comment by pressing CMD/CTRL + Enter
  • Added the possibility to Archive tickets

  • When updating an External Ticket's linked accounts, users are now prompted to confirm if they also want to update email recipients.

Workforce

  • Fixed: Technicians are now correctly unassigned when a work order is deleted
  • Fixed: Image previews are now displayed correctly even if the work order note is not published yet
