API and Webhooks
Gaiia's GraphQL API and webhooks are now available to let you build powerful integrations and applications!
For more details, refer to our Public API Documentation.
We will continuously add new endpoints to expand the API’s functionality. If there is a specific endpoint you need that is not yet available, please contact us. We will prioritize your request alongside other upcoming features.
API keys and webhooks can be added to your gaiia instance from the Admin section > API keys/Webhooks.

Order resume link
- Share this link with a customer to allow them to resume their subscription where they left it.

- Added relationship between products and account types. You can now limit certain product availability to specific account types as needed.

- This new section provides a view that is address-bases records instead of account-based records
- Some information can be address-specific but not relevant at the customer level

Note that the "Addresses" permission must be added to be able to see/use this new section. To update permissions, go to Admin > Roles > select Role > enable "Addresses"
- White space in "units" in properties has been removed
Billing
- Introduced billing settings hierarchy per Account Type
- You can now enable the highest level of billing settings by default while being able to edit individually on the account type level
- Changing the Account type settings will only be applied to new accounts
- Added payment integrations to the integrations page
Tickets
- You can now mark external ticket comments as unread
Workforce
- Improved schedule view and added a drag-and-drop capability

Fixed: Displaying work orders with deleted work types
- if the work type is deleted, historical data for work orders associated with that work type can still be seen
