Product Update
Workforce
- Technicians can now be removed from a work order via the Actions button.
- Improved the UI for editing linked accounts or network sites in work orders.
- Added theĀ Dashboard Overview page, featuring:
- Key metrics on the number of on-shift technicians, pending work orders, and high-priority pending work orders.
- A live map view to track technician locations.
- Fixed: Resolved location tracking issue when moving the location cursor on the embedded map in a Work Order.
Billing
- Added logic to prevent multiple Failed Payment Communications for the same payment.
- Fixed: Resolved error when updating Auto Pay billing settings for an Account.
