Overview

This release introduces several enhancements and fixes across multiple areas, improving functionality and user experience.

Product Update

Workforce

  • Technicians can now be removed from a work order via the Actions button.
  • Improved the UI for editing linked accounts or network sites in work orders.
  • Added theĀ Dashboard Overview page, featuring:
    • Key metrics on the number of on-shift technicians, pending work orders, and high-priority pending work orders.
    • A live map view to track technician locations.

  • Fixed: Resolved location tracking issue when moving the location cursor on the embedded map in a Work Order.

Billing

  • Added logic to prevent multiple Failed Payment Communications for the same payment.
  • Fixed: Resolved error when updating Auto Pay billing settings for an Account.

Tickets

  • New API mutations:
    • updateTicketAssignees: Update assignees on a ticket.
    • updateTicketFollowers: Update followers on a ticket.

CRM

  • New API mutations:
    • createAccount: Create a new account.
    • updateAccount: Update account details (name, labels, status, type, communication preferences).
  • New query:
    • accountByReadableID: Allow users to retrieve account details using a unique ID.
