Overview

This release note highlights several significant updates, including a new integration between services, improved ticket management, and enhanced API query capabilities. It also addresses various bug fixes aimed at optimizing system performance and user experience.

 

Product Update

Checkout

  • Introduced new Admin Settings that link Checkout and Workforce Management, enabling the automatic creation of work orders when processing orders.
    • Work Orders can now be automatically generated within the workforce module based on customer-selected timeframes during checkout.
    • Checkout Settings must be configured to enable this feature. Documentation will be provided.

Workflows

  • Added the ability to specify reasons within the shipment workflow.

Billing

  • Fixed: Prevented the assignment of recurring discounts that could potentially reduce invoice amounts below $0.

Tickets

  • Fixed: Resolved an issue where long assignee names caused misalignment on the ticket page.
  • Fixed: Enabled the removal of links when updating tickets.

API and Webhook

  • Added new query options:
    • Workforce: Work types
    • Geo service: List of coverage areas
    • Products: Updated query with a new filter field for product category type.
