Overview

We're excited to share the latest updates and enhancements to our CRM platform. This release focuses on improving your experience with better ticket management, a more intuitive interface, and crucial bug fixes.

Product Update

User Interface

  • Now allows personalizing your service cancellation reasons to better suit your needs.
  • Search addresses more easily with our enhanced universal search functionality.

Checkout

  • Customers can now select any date during checkout when technician availability is limited, with a confirmation warning that a representative will contact you to confirm the exact appointment.
  • Reduced redundancy by hiding the "Due on your first invoice" message when it matches the "Monthly total" amount.

Ticketing

  • When forwarding an email to create a ticket, the entire email thread is now included, ensuring no details are missed.
  • Ticket titles are now included in user notification subjects for better clarity.

Workforce

  • Our field service app is now available on the Apple App Store, offering enhanced mobility for your teams. Get it here!
  • Optimized travel time calculations and fixed several bugs to make scheduling and navigation smoother.
  • Work orders are now formatted to fit on a single page whenever possible, reducing paper usage and simplifying documentation.

Billing

  • Tickets are no longer created for every ACH payment via Authorize.net. Now, tickets will only be generated when a fraud error occurs, reducing unnecessary ticket clutter.

API and Webhooks

  • The order.abandoned webhook event now includes languagePreference, allowing for more targeted follow-ups in the correct language.
  • New ticket mutations are available:
    • updateInternalTicket
    • updateExternalTicket
    • createTicketComment
    • createTicketWorklog
  • Webhook executions now support SSL errors, ensuring more secure and reliable integrations.
