This release focuses on enhancing user experience with streamlined interface updates, new features for billing and addresses, and improved API integrations. Explore the latest improvements to boost your workflow efficiency.

User Interface

• Users can now create accounts at Unserviceable Addresses, with alerts notifying when an address is unserviceable.

  

• Updated the unsaved changes modal to clearly indicate that unsaved changes will be discarded.

  

• Enhanced the Properties Module
  • Now displays Property Billing Settings in the General Information section for quick access.

    

  • Updated Property creation instructions for a more user-friendly experience.
  • Added search and filter functionality on the Properties page.
• It is now possible to manually create new addresses without linking them to an account, including pinpointing locations using GPS coordinates.
• Improvements to Service Cancellations:
  • Permissions have been restructured under Admin > Services Cancellation
  • An error will now display if duplicate cancellation reasons are created.
• Fixed: Resolved minor UI inconsistencies, including redundant tags and formatting in the Addresses Module.

Notifications

• Tenants can now set their own timezone for billing-related notifications.

  This setting can only be configured by gaiia for the time being
  Self-serve options will be available in the coming weeks.

Billing

• [Avalara Integration] Now supports Avalara to automate tax compliance, including calculation, filing, and remittance, across multiple jurisdictions.
• Added support for tenants not using Avalara, allowing for complete tax exemption on transactions for specified accounts.

  

Workforce

• Fixed: Improved work order popover behaviour to ensure it displays correctly in various scheduling scenarios.
