User Interface
- Users can now create accounts at Unserviceable Addresses, with alerts notifying when an address is unserviceable.
- Updated the unsaved changes modal to clearly indicate that unsaved changes will be discarded.
- Enhanced the Properties Module
- Now displays Property Billing Settings in the General Information section for quick access.
- Updated Property creation instructions for a more user-friendly experience.
- Added search and filter functionality on the Properties page.
- It is now possible to manually create new addresses without linking them to an account, including pinpointing locations using GPS coordinates.
- Improvements to Service Cancellations:

- [Avalara Integration] Now supports Avalara to automate tax compliance, including calculation, filing, and remittance, across multiple jurisdictions.
- Added support for tenants not using Avalara, allowing for complete tax exemption on transactions for specified accounts.
