Overview

This release enhances order management, billing, and scheduling processes, offering more control and efficiency. New features like broadband labelling for US customers and API updates improve compliance and flexibility. We've also refined workflows in ticketing, property management, and client portal messaging for smoother operations.

  • Updated Warning Messages for Delinquent Accounts

Billing

  • Improved Payment Reminder Logic
    • The payment reminder will now not be sent if there is a pending payment. Instead, payment successful or payment failed notifications will be used for further follow-up.
  • Enhanced Autopay Settings
    • We’ve introduced new settings to give you more control over how autopay is handled:

      • Order that auto payments are applied: Choose whether funds are applied to the oldest open invoice first or to the invoice that triggered the autopay.

      • Invoice types auto-pay is triggered on: Set which types of invoices can trigger autopay. More detailed documentation on these settings will be available soon.

  • Fixed: Attachment Download Improvements

Products

  • Broadband Facts Labeling (US Only for now)
    • The Broadband Facts feature is now available under the Products page for US customers, enabling easy creation and management of broadband labels:
      • Enable the permission to see the Broadband Facts labelling
      • Toggle feature on/off from Product Catalog settings.
      • Automatically generate labels for new Internet plans and hybrid properties.
      • View, edit, and publish all labels within the platform.

Workforce

  • Enhanced Scheduling and Work Order Prioritization
    • We’ve optimized the schedule view for smoother drag-and-drop functionality, improving travel time calculations.
    • Work Order Priority: Users can now set and view the priority of work orders, making it easier to identify and focus on the most important tasks.

Properties

  • Sorting and Mandatory Fields Enhancements
    • You can now sort headings by ascending or descending order on the Properties, Groups, and Unit pages.
    • Premise and thoroughfare fields are now required when creating properties or property groups, ensuring accurate and complete data input.

API Updates

  • Account Custom Fields
    • New ticket mutations are available:
      • updateAccount
      • createAccount
