User Interface

• Upcoming Navigation Redesign - October 7th We're excited to share a sneak peek of our upcoming navigation overhaul! For more information, check out Gaiia is getting a new look.
• Open Accounts via URL Open accounts directly via URL using any searchable field such as phone number, email, or Gaiia ID. If multiple results are found, a search field will appear with the relevant query.
  • Here is the generic URL format: https://app.gaiia.com/[client-path]/?query=[search term]
  • Ex: https//app.gaiia.com/gaiia/?query=1234567890

Billing

• VAT Support
  • We've added VAT support:
    • You can now define taxation types for your products in the catalog:
      • No tax
      • Tax inclusive (included in the price)
      • Tax exclusive (added on top of the price)
    • Multiple taxation types can be included in a single invoice, with clear tax breakdowns in the totals.
    • One-time discounts and debits will automatically use the tax setup within the product catalog.
    • A new dropdown option for custom discounts and debits allows you to specify if they are taxable, tax-inclusive, or tax-exclusive.

• New Tax Exemption view A new “Tax Exemption” view is available in the “Account Billing Settings” for easy reporting.
• Loading Performance Enhancements We’ve worked on several performance improvements to ensure smoother billing navigation.

Properties

• CSV Upload for Unit Creation You can now create units in bulk by uploading a CSV file, making it easier to manage large properties.

• Added Unit Search and Filters Easily search and filter units by account association, linked account status, creation date, and last update, to find the exact unit you need.

Workforce

• Work Order Form Updates We've improved the work order creation and editing forms for better usability.
• Work Order Queue Sorting Now you can sort work orders by priority or creation date for better task management.

• Fixed: Work Orders Without Linked Locations Resolved an issue where work orders could be created without a linked location under specific circumstances

API and Webhooks

• Technician & Work Order Filtering Added ID filter to queries for technicians, work orders, and work types.
