Broadband Facts Labels:
- Broadband Facts Labels were first introduced two weeks ago, and are currently available for US customers only. For more information, check out Release Notes: Sept 16th, 2024
- Admins can now set default label values, streamlining the process of publishing labels.
- Additionally, admins can now apply default values to all existing drafts, saving time when updating labels.
- Broadband Facts Labels will now also be displayed during checkout.

[Fixed] Resolved an issue with missing Broadband facts labels when switching a product to an internet plan.

New merge tags: Implemented new merge tags to our notification templates, allowing you to include personalized details such as:
- Balance Due (overall)
- Current Invoice Due Date
- Current Invoice Period
- Available Funds
- Current Balance
- Mailing address
- Phone Numbers
- Portal Link
- Referral code
- Account/Commercial Name
Workforce
- Updated Field Service Mobile App: Technicians can now start and end their shifts through the app. Changing their shift status will toggle location and time tracking on and off.

Technician Assignment Update: The workflow for assigning technicians has been refined. You can now assign or un-assign technicians using the
Ellipsis
menu in both the work orders table and the details view. -
Shifts Scheduling:
- You can now assign shift repetitions for up to 6 years (312 weeks).
- Increased maximum work type duration from 3 to 4 hours, with future plans for up to 8 hours.

Filtering view:
- Added the possibility to filter by work types, coverage area, and status on Overview, Schedule, and Technicians pages.
- [Fixed] Status tags in the Work Orders table will now display cleanly without wrapping.
- [Fixed] Printed work orders now always appear in light and dark mode.
Reports Beta
- Reports are now available in the Reports tab of the Admin page
- Inventory, Tickets, Workforce, Properties, Accounts, and Billing reports have been available in the Beta since September, with the Checkout report added as well
