User Interface

Main Navigation Redesign: A new, streamlined navigation experience is now live, making it easier to access various features of the platform.

- Search Result Highlights: Enhanced visibility for search results to help users find the matching information quickly.
- Broadband Labels: Added a filter to broadband labels.
- Email Verification activity: A clearer account activity update is now shown in the Activities tab when using a password-less authentication.
Client Portal
- Broadband Labels Display: Published labels are now visible on the customer portal in addition to the checkout from last week, enabling customers to see the label associated with their current Internet service plan.
Billing
- Transaction Details Update: Improved transaction visibility by allowing users to click on all descriptions on an invoice to get additional details. Additionally, users can now quickly navigate to the relevant invoice(s) and transaction(s).
Ticket Management

Filter Improvement: Users can now filter tickets by deactivated users for better organization.

Filter Improvement: Added a new filter to help manage tickets that are currently unassigned.
- Paginated Ticket Updates: To enhance performance, ticket updates will now paginate, preventing crashes due to excessive updates. The next page will automatically load when reaching the bottom of the page.
