Overview

This update delivers new features and enhancements focused on improving operational efficiency, workforce management, and Broadband Label enhancements. Notable changes include the introduction of a new delinquency exclusion feature, enhancements to Broadband Label management, and updates to workforce filtering capabilities. Additionally, several bug fixes have been implemented to further improve system performance and reliability.

 

Broadband Labels

  • Checkout: View labels using a public URL

    • Each published broadband label now has a unique URL, enabling marketing teams to share these labels via websites or in customer communications.

  • Properties: Warning for unfilled Broadband Facts

    • Users are prompted to fill and publish their broadband labels immediately after assigning them to properties.

  • Portal: Subscription mismatch warning

    • If a customer benefits from a price override, a message will notify them that the price they pay is different from the label, ensuring transparency in pricing.

  • Added a new Property Type: Manufactured Home Community

Tickets

  • Revamped Ticket Settings UI
    • Revamped the settings interface
    • Added a toggle to “reopen closed tickets when a new comment is added”.

  • [Fixed] Attachments are now uploaded after the associated comment, ensuring a smoother and more reliable ticketing process.

Billing

  • [Fixed] Corrected an issue where overdue account billing was defaulting to global settings rather than applying the correct overdue billing configuration.

Workforce

  • Work Order Filtering by Work Type

    • Added the ability to filter work orders by Work Type, providing better control and visibility over workforce management.

  • Session Consistency in Filtering and Sorting

    • Filtering and sorting selections remain consistent across pages during the same session, improving user experience when managing work orders.

  • Clearable Filter Tags and Schedule Modification Restrictions

    • Users can now clear filter tags

    • Filter changes are now restricted while modifying schedules to prevent conflicts.

  • Network Site Section in Work Orders

    • A new Network Site section is available within the Work Order details when linked to a specific network site, offering better clarity and information for technicians.

Admin Settings

  • New Delinquency Exclusions, Replacing Unsafe Dates
    • The new delinquency exclusions feature offers more flexibility by allowing specific dates or recurring days to be excluded from delinquency actions.

API

  • Workforce: Technician Assignment Mutations
    • New API mutations have been added, allowing technicians to be assigned to work orders programmatically.
