Overview

This update brings improvements to ticket handling, Broadband Label management, billing, and admin settings. Notable changes include bulk label import/export, password-less login options, and enhancements to ticket management and workforce tools. Additionally, address archiving has been refined to prevent duplicate entries.

 

Broadband Fact Labels

  • Admins can now import labels in bulk via a .CSV file for easier onboarding, and export labels in .CSV format to meet FCC requirements.

  • New functionality to create new label versions when product details change, ensuring up-to-date information.
  • Ability to edit published labels for minor corrections (like typos) without creating a new version.

Client Portal

  • Agents can now send a password-less log-in option to customers, redirecting users for tasks like signing contracts or making payments, allowing for an easier time logging in.

Billing

  • Introduction of a "subscriptions" merge tag to show account details
  • Minor UI enhancements to increase space on the billing page

Tickets

  • Can no longer update ticket status to the same status
  • Add linked account entity to the ticket notification templates. This will allow the tenants to display the customer’s first/last name.

  • When a ticket is automatically reopened, display the status update after the new comment

Workforce

  • Prevented expanded filters from disappearing in Overview on certain screen sizes
  • Lower maximum shift repetition when assigning shifts to technicians to 156
  • [Fixed] Some typos in shift template empty state
  • [Fixed] Some edge-case pagination/filtering issues that lead to no result being found

Admin Settings

  • Users can now archive addresses mistakenly added, if they don't want to track them anymore.

    If an address has been archived and a new account signs up at that address, or a new address is created at the same location, users will be unable to unarchive the archived address to prevent a duplicate address from being created.
