Overview
Below, you’ll find the steps to turn on your Location Tracking for the gaiia - Field Service mobile application, for both iOS and Android devices.

Steps
Field service will only use your location when you select ‘active’ in the application.

Open Settings:
- Tap the Settings app on your home screen.

Navigate to Privacy Settings:
- Scroll down and tap on Privacy & Security.
- Tap Location Services at the top.

Enable Location Services:
- Check that location services are enabled.

Manage App-Specific Location Settings:
- Scroll down to see a list of apps that use location services.
- Tap on ‘field service’ to manage its settings:
- Select Always: The app can track your location even when not open.

- Tap the Settings app on your home screen or app drawer.

Navigate to Location Settings:
- Scroll down and tap on Location.

Enable Location Services:
- Check that location services are enabled.

App-Level Location Permissions:
- Tap App location permissions to see a list of apps.
- Tap ‘field service’ to manage its settings:
- Select Allow all the time: The app can access your location anytime.
