Overview
In this release, we’ve introduced several enhancements and fixes to improve usability, streamline workflows, and provide more control over CRM functions. Highlights include the ability to delete notes, enhanced contract visibility in the client portal, improved billing insights, and targeted bug fixes across user interface, checkout, and workforce applications.

Delete Notes Across Entities
You can now delete notes on any entity that supports notes—such as accounts, addresses, properties, and groups. -
Uneditable Email Field on User Profiles
To reduce any potential confusion, the email address field on user profiles is now clearly marked as unmodifiable. -
Streamlined Navigation for Work Orders
After creating a work order on an account, you’ll now be redirected to the work order overview page within the account, keeping your workflow seamless. -
[Fixed] Secondary contacts are no longer unintentionally added to bulk properties.
Checkout
- Prompt for Email on Unserviceable Addresses
If a lead’s address is unserviceable during the checkout process, they can now enter an email address. This will allow telecom providers to notify leads when their area becomes serviceable in the future.
Client Portal
- Comprehensive Contract Management
We’ve enhanced contract functionality in the Client Portal, making it easier for customers to manage and act on their agreements:- Full Contract Access: Customers can now view all contracts tied to their accounts directly in the portal.
- Signature Reminders on Homepage: Contracts pending signatures are prominently displayed on the portal’s homepage to prevent important documents from being overlooked.
- View and Sign Contracts: Customers can seamlessly review and sign contracts within the portal, simplifying the signing process.

- Improved Tickets Template Tags
Linked account entity tags are now supported within ticket service system templates.

Transaction Balance Details
A new View Balance Details option lets users track and understand how each transaction impacts the overall balance of an account. This feature will make it a lot easier for users to do the following:- Track when an account's balance was last at 0 for managing delinquency/overdue payments.
- Make it much easier to track and reconcile how each transaction affected the overall balance of an account.
- Allow for easy troubleshooting and auditing of an account directly with a customer.

Autopay Enhancements
Autopay can now be set to try only the initial payment without any retries, offering greater flexibility in payment handling. -
Bug Fixes
- [Fixed] Transaction ID copying now selects the correct ID in the transaction summary area.
- [Fixed] Ticketing notifications are no longer shown in the "Communications" tab of an account.
- [Fixed] Accounts within retail properties no longer require shared subscriptions.
- [Fixed] The “Transactions” admin page is now displaying correctly.
Workforce
- Field Service App Bug Fixes
- [Fixed] Resolved infinite loading screens that occurred when selecting a tenant without a technician profile or when using an expired login link. A generic error message will now display for login-related issues.
