Overview

In this release, we’ve enhanced our contract management system, improved billing accuracy, and expanded workforce functionality. Highlights include a comprehensive Contract Manager, a new report on unserviceable addresses, and streamlined interface improvements.

 

User Interface

  • [Fixed] Resolved an issue that grouped addresses with different thoroughfares.
  • [Fixed] Bug causing the Contacts panel to appear blank after reopening.

Contract Management

Introducing our new Contract Manager for seamless, end-to-end contract management.

  • Contract Creation (Admin Functionality)
    Admins can now create customizable contract templates in multiple languages with merge tags for auto-population.
  • Managing Contracts (CSR Functionality)
    Agents can add contracts to accounts, trigger signing notifications, and send reminders for pending signatures.
  • Customer Signing Process
    Customers can view and sign contracts directly in their portal, with real-time status updates and notifications.
  • Permissions
    Enable who can use the Contract Manager through Roles > Accounts > Contracts and control templates with Admin > Documents permissions.

Checkout

  • Unserviceable Addresses Report
    Access a report of unserviceable addresses entered at checkout, including any provided emails.
    Report > Checkout > Unserviceable Addresses.
  • A new report of unserviceable addresses entered at checkout is now available within the Reporting module > Checkout > Unserviceable Addresses

Billing

  • Late Fee Logic Update
    Late fees will no longer apply to other overdue service invoices with existing late fees.

Workforce

  • Mobile Workflow Triggers
    Technicians can now trigger workflows directly from the field service app.Tech_Service_App_Workflows.png
  • Schedule Overview Enhancements
    New schedule view shows technicians' total working and travel times, enabling supervisors to assess technician availability better.

Tickets

  • Deactivated User Filters
    Deactivated users now appear at the bottom of the assignees' filter and are included in the followers filter.

API

  • Field Replacement
    The "assignedWorkOrders" and "assignedTechnicians" fields are being deprecated in favour of the new "technicianWorkOrderAssignations" field.
