Overview

Now that you have made your Help Desk account, let's take a look at what you can access from the home page. To learn how to make a Help Desk account, check out: Creating a Help Desk Account.

Help Desk Home Page

If you’re not signed in, you will see a “Limited Access” header with a large “Sign in” button above the “Documentation” header.

From the home page, you’ll be able to quickly search articles by using the search bar, view documentation, and view the "What's New" area, which highlights recently published articles.

Once you’re signed in, you’ll also be able to Open a request ticket and Manage request tickets.

Documentation

Within the documentation section, you’ll see a few available sections such as Getting Started as a User and the Release Repository. The Release Repository functions as the publishing spot for when gaiia posts the weekly releases and other important notices. If you want to stay up to date with new gaiia features, this is the place.

The Getting Started as a User section will provide you with valuable guides such as creating your Help Desk account, opening tickets, and providing an overview of the gaiia modules.

What's New

The What’s New area functions as a place where you’ll see the 9 newest articles published. So if you’re not sure what new articles are being published on the Help Desk, this is the place to pay attention to!
