Overview
In this release, we’ve enhanced the user interface, streamlined checkout workflows, improved workforce management tools, expanded API capabilities, and introduced key updates to billing and client portal functionality. Highlights include a new empty state for custom fields, support for one-time products in checkout, and enhanced autopay logic in billing.
User Interface
- Custom Field Visibility
The “additional details” section now displays an empty state for unfilled custom fields, making it easier to identify and manage available fields. - Address Coordinates Update
Users can now manually update the coordinates on an address, providing more accurate location data, particularly for rural areas. - [Fixed] Latitude/longitude confirmation dialog now always appears when address geocoding is enabled.
Checkout
- Improved Address Autocomplete
Autocomplete results now include addresses from both Mapbox and the Properties module, ensuring more accurate address suggestions. - Google Tag Manager Integration
A GTM container is now embedded in checkout, enabling the use of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other tracking scripts alongside our dataLayer events. - Support for One-Time Products
Checkout now supports products that are paid for with a one-time payment, increasing flexibility for customer purchases.
Client Portal
- Account Status for Property Managers
Property group managers can now view the status of accounts linked to their managed units directly within the portal. - [Fixed] Resolved an issue where properties were inaccessible after the property manager login.
- [Fixed] Corrected product availability for speed modifications, ensuring only property products are displayed for the selected property.
Billing
- EURO Currency Support
The system now supports EURO currency, enhancing global billing capabilities. - Improved Autopay Logic
Autopay now ensures available funds are applied to open invoices first, and prevents duplicate payment attempts on the same day for multiple invoices. - Billing Service Optimization
Performance enhancements have been made to improve billing service responsiveness and reliability.
Workforce
- Auto-Assignment Visual Indicators
Work orders that were auto-assigned or failed to auto-assign are now visually flagged, improving dispatch awareness. - Enhanced Technician Dropdown Behavior
The “Available Technicians” dropdown is disabled while data is loading, preventing errors caused by selecting a technician during updates. - [Fixed] Resolved an issue where the field service app dashboard failed to load when users had Technician-level platform permissions.
- [Fixed] The cancel button in the “New Technician” flow now redirects to the correct overview page, simplifying navigation.
API
- Property Group Query
Added a new query to retrieve details about a specific property group. - Property Groups Query
Introduced the ability to fetch a list of property groups. - Update Property Group Manager
Added a mutation to update the manager associated with a property group. - Properties Query
Enhanced API capabilities to query individual property details. - Units Query
