Overview

This release includes user interface improvements, updates to checkout settings, billing enhancements, and significant changes to the workforce management system. New features, such as label search and invoice regeneration, aim to improve usability and efficiency. Additionally, several bug fixes have been implemented across the platform.

 

User Interface

  • Navigation Updates
    Achieved a consistent navigation experience across the platform:
    • The “Inventory” tab now defaults to the “Items” page.
    • The “Fulfilment” tab now defaults to the “Packing” page.
    • “Abandoned Orders” has been moved under the “Orders” tab as a sub-section.
    • The “Account Statistics” page has been removed, with its information available in “Account Statuses” and “Analytics”.
  • Open account pages in a new tab when viewing a unit’s account assignation history with cmd + click.

Checkout

  • Workforce Integration Settings
    Redesigned checkout admin settings for workforce integration, improving clarity and section organization.Workforce_Checkout_Settings.png

Client Portal

  • [Fixed] Passwordless authentication now works correctly even when initiated with usernames containing uppercase letters.

Broadband Labels

  • Label Search
    Added a search field to quickly locate labels by text, searching in product names and plan IDs.Broadband_Labels_search.png

Integration

  • Mailgun EU Domain
    Added a checkbox to indicate whether the domain is set up as an EU domain.

Billing

  • Invoice Regeneration
    The invoices are now regenerated when changes are made, such as payments or status updates. The updated invoices are viewable in the portal and can be resent from the invoices area.Regenerate_Paid_Invoice.png

Field Service App

  • Added empty states for upcoming and completed work orders on the dashboard.

Workforce

  • Technician Platform Tab Removal
    Removed the “Technician Platform” tab. The Field Service app should be used.
  • Schedule Scrolling Improvements
    Enhanced scrolling fluidity and reduced unnecessary loading.
  • Validation for Work Type Name Length
    Added validation to prevent issues caused by excessively long work type names.
  • Technician Status Update
    Updated the technician status section to full width and greyed out completed work orders on the schedule page.
  • [Fixed] Resolved inconsistencies with total travel time displayed in the schedule versus the technician card.
  • [Fixed] Corrected procedure step name labels during work type creation and editing.
