Localized Ireland Address Formats
gaiia now supports localized address input and display specifically tailored for Ireland. -
Enhanced Inventory Search
Inventory searches now highlight matches for MAC Address, Item ID, and Serial Number. -
Improved Responsiveness
Forms across gaiia have been optimized for better performance on devices with smaller screens. -

Billing

Delete Offline Payments
Users can now delete offline payments such as cash, checks, or other external payments. Deleted payments are archived and no longer shown in the transaction list. -
Higher Pricing Limits
Products can now be created with a maximum price of 20K most currency, doubling the previous limit. (Limit is still 100k for COP and ARS) -
Bug Fixes
- [Fixed] an issue where tax names were not displayed correctly on invoice PDFs.
- Resolved an issue where one-time subscription discounts could not be added when the quantity was 1.

Role Assignment for Items
Users can now assign roles to items to distinguish their usage scenarios, such as defining which networks an item can be used within.- The Role can be associated to an item when assigning it to an account or network site.

Improved Notifications
Customers will now receive SMS or email alerts when their technician is en route. To enable this feature, please contact us at support@gaiia.com. -
Add Warnings for Technician Profiles
A warning will display in a technician profile if the linked gaiia user lacks technician platform permissions. Note: This is visible only to users with admin permissions who can edit user roles. -
Retry Mechanism for Image Uploads
Automatic retries have been implemented for uploading images, ensuring more consistent success even in poor network conditions. -
Location Permissions Reminder
A new banner reminds users to enable location permissions in the field service app. -
Longer Login Sessions
Login sessions for the field service app now last up to 30 days, reducing the need for frequent reauthentication. -
Bug Fixes
- [Fixed] a bug causing the "Find on Map" button to not work for technicians.
- [Fixed] an issue where the work order header was not fully clickable.
- Improved post-login restricted access handling to prevent infinite spinners in cases of incorrect email or missing technician profiles.
