Update Highlights

1. Billing Section

We’ve consolidated the essential billing tools into a new section in the main navigation called Billing, allowing you to seamlessly perform tasks without navigating to the Settings page.

The following pages will move from Settings to the new Billing section in the main navigation:

  • Transactions
  • Delinquents
  • Deposit Slips
  • Unlinked Payments

Furthermore, the permissions for each of these pages have been conveniently relocated to the "Billing" level.

The Billing section will only be visible to users who have access to the Settings page (granted via the admin permission) and the Billing permission.

2. Analytics Section

We’re bringing data to the forefront of gaiia! The Analytics section will group the Analytics and Reports pages together, making it easier to access actionable insights. The Analytics page features dashboards with summary data and key performance indicators (KPIs), while the Reports page offers a comprehensive list of reports for deeper analysis.

Granular Analytics and Reports Permissions

Additionally, we’re introducing granular permissions, allowing you to control which roles have access to each Analytics dashboard and Reporting category. For a refresher on setting roles and permissions, review this Article on Roles and Permissions.
