Overview
This update introduces various user interface improvements, enhancements to the checkout experience, new workforce reporting capabilities, and expanded ticket functionalities. Additionally, we’ve resolved several bugs to enhance system performance and user experience.
Product Update
User Interface
- Updated the styling of headings in Properties and Property Groups.
- Improved the Product Version Dropdown to display both the Product Name and its Translation (if applicable).
- [Fixed] Resolved a loading issue affecting the Create Custom Field button.
Checkout
- Improved copy for the Geocoding Addresses setting to provide better guidance during checkout.
Workforce
- [Field service app] The Work Order Card now displays the Network Site Name for better identification.
- Performance optimizations.
Tickets

Products
- [Fixed] Addressed an issue where duplicated addresses appeared in the coverage area by addresses.
Analytics and Reports
- Introduced new workforce Analytics providing insights into:
- Number of completed work orders per technician
- Total work time
- Overall travel time
