Overview
This release brings improvements to image handling in notes and checkout flexibility with percentage-based discounts. We’ve also made small quality-of-life updates — plus fixed a few bugs.
Product update
User interface
- Improved how images are added and previewed in notes and replies.
- Users can now upload or paste images directly
- Preview up to 5 images in a standardized layout
- Click the x to remove images
- Download or view full-size images
- Standardized how US mailing and physical addresses appear in search previews.
- Saved filters in the URL for the Account and Ticketing pages.
This allows users to bookmark filtered views.
Checkout
- Added support for percentage-based promo code discounts.
Ideal for seasonal campaigns and flexible pricing. - Set the default country for payment methods to match the account’s country in both Checkout and Portal.
- [Fixed] Prevented workforce settings from resetting when Checkout settings are updated.
Client Portal
- Displayed the full physical address on the Portal overview page.
Workforce
- Improved offline handling in the Field Service App with a “No Connection” banner.
- Added support for full-day technician time blockers (e.g. days off).
Products
- Displayed internal product names in the Billing tab of gaiia.
This change does not affect invoices, transactions, or subscriptions.
