Overview
Passwordless authentication lets customers log into the client portal using a secure link sent to their email—no password required.
Accessing the client portal
Once enabled, your customers will see two login options on the portal:
- Log in with password
- Log in with secure link/code

Here's what the flow looks like when using passwordless authentication:
- Go to your client portal.
- Enter your email and click on
Continue with secure code/link. - Check your inbox for an email from your service provider.
- Click the link or copy the secure code to log in.
- You will be automatically redirected to your client portal account.
This feature must be enabled on your tenant before it becomes available. Reach out to support@gaiia.com to activate it.
