Overview

This release note highlights UI improvements, updates to the checkout experience, improvements to the client portal and billing processes, as well as support for new taxation methods and workforce scheduling tools. It also includes various fixes to enhance platform stability and usability.

Product Update

User interface

  • Updated Regions naming convention for UK addresses (formerly Ceremonial Counties)
  • [Fixed]: Ticket Quick Reply options are now fully visible and selectable
  • [Fixed]: Edit button for products is now hidden when users lack the appropriate Property Edit permission

Checkout

  • Updated Plan product card design for improved legibility and flexibility
    • Metadata on the right is populated from the product's specifications (internet and mobile plans)

Client Portal

  • Send activation link instead of password reset when a user tries to reset the password for an inactive portal

Product

  • Bundles are now live — read this article to learn how to use them

Billing

  • Invoice PDF improvements
    • Displays both tax percentage and amount
    • Includes geo zone details for applicable taxes
  • Support for NMI payment processor integration
  • New support for Flat taxes
    • You can now configure tax groups as flat or percentage-based
    • Flat taxes are applied per eligible item — if the quantity is more than one, the flat tax applies accordingly

Inventory

  • [Fixed]: Removed $ sign from purchasePrice column in CSV exports
  • [Fixed]: Export now includes all fields and their values for all items

Workforce

  • Added the Edit option on existing Technician's time blockers
  • Improved UX on the Schedule page — only the table scrolls, while action buttons remain visible
  • [Fixed]: Date picker component now closes correctly after the date selection

Tickets

  • Added support for Additional recipients (CC) on external tickets
