Overview
This release brings a redesigned Account Overview experience, quality-of-life improvements in tickets and workflows, as well as stability and UX fixes across the app. It also introduces several enhancements to integrations, client portal interactions, and property management.
Product Update
User interface
- Account overview redesign: A new Recent Updates widget highlights the five most recently updated Tickets, Work Orders, and Workflows. This helps users quickly grasp key changes without needing to switch tabs.
We also removed the Workflow widget and improved responsiveness for wider and smaller screens - Remove unit numbers from properties: Users can now remove unit numbers on existing units directly from the Properties module—previously only possible during unit creation.
Orders
- [Fixed] Opening an order no longer scrolls the entire page.
- [Fixed] The Actions item is now correctly hidden for users without order completion permissions.
Client Portal
- Updated settings interface and copy for modifying service plans.
- [Fixed] Closed ticket messages now display the link to create a new ticket correctly.
Integration
- [IPpay] [Fixed] Improved how undefined results are handled during transactions.
- [IPpay] [Fixed] Zip Codes are now passed and stored correctly when processing transactions.
Workflows
- Added the Workflows Viewer under the new Workflows section. It gives you read-only visibility into your existing workflows and their executions.
This permission is disabled by default. Ask your admin to grant you access if you want to use this section.
Workforce
- Work order cards now show the Property Name and Primary Contact.
- In the settings, Coverage Areas creation flow has been simplified.
- [Field Service App] [Fixed] We now halt background tasks before applying app updates to prevent reload loops during refreshes.
Tickets
- Sort tickets by Due Date: Added a Due Date column to the Ticket Overview page. Also, now allow to sort it in ascending or descending order to quickly spot the most and least overdue tickets.
Admin Settings
- [Mass Communication] [Fixed] Improved template validation prevents users from saving configurations that would result in broken or incomplete messages.
