Overview
This release note highlights various improvements across the platform, including changes to Accounts, Billing, Client Portal, Inventory, Tickets, and Workforce. Updates range from user interface enhancements to critical bug fixes that improve system stability and functionality.
Product Update
Accounts
- Improved the sorting of “Activation Date” to exclude null values
Billing
- [Fixed] Corrected a bug where the tag wasn’t showing on “child” accounts for shared subscriptions
Client Portal
- End-users will now have the ability to opt-in/out of SMS communications with a new checkbox in their Account Settings
Inventory
- More information is now displayed in results when searching an item to add upstream device
Tickets
- Order Ticket details no longer disappear when editing the ticket
Workforce
- Workforce Overview map now defaults to highlight the instances’ region
- [Fixed] Work Type information was hidden if the technician is unassigned post-completion
- [Fixed] Large mobile images were not fully visible in the Work Order additional information
API/Webhooks
- Technician time blockers now available to report on in snowflake
