Release Notes: May, 12th, 2025

Overview

This release includes several improvements across the platform, including self-serve service cancellations, and support for querying accounts via custom fields in the API. It also fixes UK address autocomplete in Checkout and increases visibility for assigned IPs in Network Sites' Equipment.

Product Update

Checkout

• [Fixed]: Autocomplete results for UK addresses with apartments now include subbuilding information automatically.

Client Portal

• Customers can now cancel their service plans directly from the portal.
  This can be enabled via Settings → Client Portal → Service plan cancellation.
  

Billing

• Ability to assign a GL code to custom debits and discounts.
  • New billing setting allows setting a default GL code for each.
  • Users can override the default when creating the debit or discount.

Network

• Assigned IPs for equipment are now visible in Network Sites → Equipment.
  

Workforce

• Technicians can now change the Work Order Type while on-site.

API

• Support for querying accounts by custom fields.
• Documentation now explains how gaiia generates a globalID:
