Products outside coverage or marked inactive can now be selected during speed changes.

Updated work order logic to follow technician shifts
Assignments now use tech shift availability instead of the preferred time slot. - [Fixed] The empty state click-to-action now correctly checks for permissions.

Added the ability to convert internal tickets
Internal tickets linked to accounts can now be converted into external ones. -
Simplified the ticket creation form
Users can now toggle between internal and external tickets after starting the creation flow. -
