Overview

This release introduced several interface upgrades, backend improvements, and usability fixes across key areas including Workforce, Checkout, Network, and the API.

User interface

  • Added document previews for images, PDFs, JSON files, and videos directly from the Documents tab in Accounts. Unsupported formats like CSVs remain downloadable only.
  • Suspended subscriptions are now excluded when activating an account, ensuring only pending subscriptions are assigned.
  • [Fixed] Resolved an issue that allowed users to create more than 200 units for group-managed properties.
  • [Fixed] Corrected the grey zone container display in the shipment History timeline.

Checkout

  • Improved error handling when creating new payment methods to help reduce failed transactions.

Network

  • Users can now edit and delete custom field definitions on network sites.

Inventory

  • IP Assignment descriptions are now supported and displayed on the interface.

Workforce

  • The work order creation flow now keeps users on the Work Order Details page after saving.
  • [Fixed] Fixed a bug where failed auto-assignments displayed an incorrect work date.
  • [Fixed] Resolved a display issue where no message appeared if a technician had not yet been assigned to a work order.
  • [Fixed] Corrected a rendering issue where work order cards failed to show when only one or a few technicians were displayed.

Products

  • Improved performance when viewing or editing coverage areas by address.

API

  • Added the travelingEntity field to TravelTimeInput in API v1.
