Product Overview

This release introduces a range of enhancements across Workforce, Client Portal, and Checkout experiences. Highlights include new branding flexibility, improved scheduling reliability, and visibility into workflow executions. Fixes to search and scheduling bugs are also included.

 

Accounts

  • Added a link on the customer's account to their respective order in the Orders module

Checkout

  • Brand Settings for your Checkout are now self-serve! From your Admin Settings > Brand-Theme or Admin Settings > Brand-Assets. Brand Theme Features .pngBrand Assets feature.png

 

Client Portal

  • Brand Settings for your Client Portal are now self-serve! From your Admin Settings > Brand-Theme or Admin Settings > Brand-Assets.
  • Added the ability to include a Promotional/Announcement block within the Client Portal. This can be configured in the Admin Settings > Client Portal.

  • Added the ability for customers to request an appointment reschedule, which creates a ticket, from the Client Portal.

CRM

  • Improved support for dual window display - Customer Account Details bar now automatically collapses when the window shrinks past a certain point

 

Product

  • Promo Codes now support multiple discounts within a single promo code

  • [Fixed] Resolved issue where selecting a valid date range for a Discount would reset the fields

 

Workflows

  • Add a new section in the Workflows module to display all workflow executions

 

Workforce

  • Added the Property name in Service Target Name in Work Orders table
  • Improved polling in Schedule tab to address multiple users scheduling at once
  • [Fixed] Resolved an issue where you couldn't assign work orders to existing work order time slots
  • [Fixed] Resolved an issue where when assigning a technician showed non-15 minute time slots
  • [Fixed] Resolved an issue where searching for an entity by readable ID didn't work if they were too big
