Overview
This release includes improvements to how subscriptions and service cancellations are handled, along with new UI elements for managing notes and units. It also delivers key fixes to the checkout and client portal experiences, and enhancements to ticket visibility.
Product Update
User interface
- Added a validation to prevent a service cancellation workflow when the account is a payer of a shared subscription.
The subscriptions must be unassigned manually before cancelling the account. - You can now add notes with a single click.
- Added Account Name to the Account Export.
- Added a dedicated Unit page for properties.
Checkout
- [Fixed] Correctly display single-occurrence recurring products
Fixed an issue where recurring products with a single billing cycle (e.g. installation fees) were not appearing on the order confirmation screen. These are now shown as line items to ensure customers have full visibility on charges.
Client Portal
- [Fixed] Now allow to exit from the payment modal after error
Tickets
- The tickets table is now horizontally scrollable.
- [Fixed] When converting a ticket to external, the due date will now remain.
