Overview

This release includes a wide range of improvements across the platform. It introduces a new merge tag for conditional copy, enhancements to the checkout copy system, extended support in templates and API endpoints, as well as multiple fixes and quality-of-life upgrades for Workforce, Tickets, and Inventory.

Checkout

  • Multiple copy improvements
    General improvements were rolled out across all tenants to improve clarity and consistency. This includes new overridable copy handles to customize messaging as needed.

Notifications

  • Added a new merge tag: {{entity.autoPaymentEnabled}}
    This tag can now be used in any communication template to display conditional copy depending on whether autopay is enabled for the account. The condition would be TRUE or FALSE.

Integration

  • [Authorize.net] Now supports the “Visa Electron” payment method.

Billing

  • Statement templates now support a detailed tax breakdown when subscriptions are shared across accounts.

Network

  • [Fixed] Incident manager: Resolved a small UI bug in the Tickets and Work Orders widget.

Inventory

  • [Fixed] Customer-owned items: Fixed a permissions issue that prevented proper visibility.

Workforce

  • Added a new filter on Work Orders: Property Filter
  • Improved Schedule page :
    • Faster load times
    • Added tooltips on truncated Time Blockers
  • Improved redirect from Overview page: Clicking the “High priority work orders” bubble now opens the Schedule page with work orders sorted from Urgent to Low.
  • [Fixed] Technician shifts now appear correctly greyed out on the Schedule page.
  • [Fixed] Fixed an issue where Work Order cards weren’t opening on the Schedule page.

Tickets

  • Improved Ticket side panel
    Can now edit key Ticket fields directly from the side panel, without navigating away from the main screen. The first iteration of the improvement allows editing Ticket Status, Ticket Type and Due Date.Ticket details panel.png

API

  • Can now edit Work Order procedure fields via the API.
