Overview
This release introduces improvements across the interface, updates to the checkout experience, a new setting in the Properties module, and multiple fixes within the Workforce mobile app. It also includes several usability enhancements to work orders and status tracking.
User interface
- Improved ticket and Work Order linking
When linking a Work Order to a Ticket, we now display either the account name or the primary contact’s name. - [Properties] Added a new setting to define if a Right of Entry (ROE) Agreement is required
Checkout
- Generate checkout links for soon serviceable addresses
ISPs can now generate unique checkout links for leads in a planned area. These links allow users to resume their order without repeating address verification. - Create and edit planned service areas
Admins can now define areas where service will soon be available, but preorders are not yet accepted. - Support account type-based product filtering
Products in the checkout flow can now be grouped by account type into separate tabs (e.g., Residential vs. Commercial), helping users easily find the most relevant offerings.
Workforce
- Degraded connection indicator
Added a visual indicator when technicians experience lower quality cellular data. - Work Order site name display
The network site name now appears in the Work Order popover card for quicker context. - New Activity log tab
The mobile app now includes a dedicated Activity Log tab that tracks Work Order status changes. - [Fixed] Restricted access issue when logging in and opening the first Work Order on Android.
- [Fixed] Blank page when opening a Work Order on iOS.
- [Fixed] Auto-assign entries were duplicated in the Activity Log.
- [Fixed] Assigned technicians were shown as available in the Technician modal.
- [Fixed] Map displayed in navigation even when no label was present.
- [Fixed] Technician query retried repeatedly after session expiry.
