Overview

This release introduces user presence indicators, new billing and API capabilities, and several quality-of-life improvements across the UI, Checkout, and Workforce modules. It also includes bug fixes to improve system stability.

User interface

  • Introduced User Presence Indicators
    • Added real-time user presence indicators on Ticket and Account pages to show who else is viewing or editing

  • Deleted linked entities when an account is deleted
  • Prevented adding items already assigned to an account in the Account equipments section

  • [Fixed]: Submitting contracts in English now correctly displays in English
  • [Fixed]: Prevented users with View only contract permission from triggering a 500 error when clicking Delete

Checkout

  • Added the option to remove internet speed information from plan cards
    • Contact us to remove information from your checkout

Billing

  • Added support for specifying a GL code for write-offs
  • Added support for specifying a GL code for taxes

Network

  • [Fixed]: Ensured MAC address is correctly passed during IP updates

Workforce

  • Added a new Reschedule status for Work Orders

  • Added filtering for firstName and lastName fields in the AccountsQuery
